For the rest of you

[Saskatoon, Saskatchewan]
Song of the morning (so far): Sleeping In - The Postal Service

I've been listening to a lot of The Postal Service lately. I hit that point of music downloading, once again, that I have so many songs there is only 60Mb of space left on a given hard-drive. SO I had to go through them all, and in the process stumbled back onto good music.

Speaking of which, I've always noticed Sean's songs of the day are often by 'Godspeed! You black emporer'. Has anyone other than him listened to this band? Can you please verify if they are indeed good? And if so, what type of music is this?

Any help in the matter would be much appreciated.

I didn't lead you astray with the postal service or garden state did I?

That being said, Godspeed is a much darker music. Go watch the movie 28 Days later. The scene where he's stumbling through down town london and it's empty is godspeed. of course you could down some of their live sets at:

Godspeed is one of my favourite bands to walk around campus in the summer listening to.....Beauitul ambience music. Great backround to life.

I couldn't get into them myself. But then again I listen to music that most people hate so its all good.

Due to my unbelievable commitment to hockey (and the fact that my father is the coach), I'll be missing another show. It's terribly sad, but the next one maybe? Perhaps?

Have a good one though dear!
