[Saskatoon, Saskatchewan]Song of the day: Hello Time Bomb - Matthew Good Band
It always seems like nothing ever happens, and then everything happens all at once. Case and point, this week.
Maybe it's because I've been super tired these last few days (and we'll get into that later), but it seemed like shit hit the fan and things got crazy and other things got exciting and other things got revealed, and essentially I've been one large rush of emotion.
Bad news first:
Daneel, an avid reader of little-emo-kid has closed her blog for good. It's really too bad. I know she feels like she's lost a good friend that she can confide in, and writting this I feel like I'm talking about someone that's passed away. I sure hope she continues to visit the site, cause I'd hate to lose both her blog AND her comments.
I've also, once again, been entirely in the middle of a relationship that I can't help being in the middle of. It sucks. Royally. But there's not a lot I can do. I've tried just not mentioning the two parties in front of each other, maybe in hopes that they'll both forget and everyone will be happier. Alas, they found a way to each other anyway, and now I don't know what to do. They're both pissed, and when they're unhappy I'm unhappy because that's the way my life is set up to be at the moment.
On the other hand....
It's been a long time since I've been as happy as I am right now. (Ps> this is the good news). Welcome, Vanessa, to little-emo-kid. Feel free to open a blogger acount to leave personalized messages. But if you don't want to, you can comment anonymously as well (just remember to put your name at the bottom so we all know who you are).
For anyone that's in the dark (which is probably most of you) I am now dating Vanessa Nelson. And WOW is it ever nice to be dating a singer/performer/guitar player/song writer/piano player/voice teacher and to a lesser extent (but still cool) former figure skater.
I don't know if I put her name on the last post, but she was the one I was out with for 16 hours. The last few nights I've been getting less than 3 hours of sleep cause as soon as I'm with her, I don't want to leave.
Here's hoping that the flurry of emotion will subside to a warm breeze of happiness soon (and I'm sure it will).

Hey man
I'm buddies with Jessi and Graham Tilsley. Don't really know you on a personal level but have seen you around. I stumbled upon your blog randomly through a Google search. Keep writing.
