So Prince George's face has been saved, thanks to a family that has given up their home for us.

The Tindale's (if I got that right), anyway: Susan, Ron, Nick, Stephen, Katie, and Rebecca have let us just go and hang out at their house, feeding us from time to time and letting us use any of the following:
TV, XBox, hottub, guitar, bass, drums, trumpet... (well, I'm sure there's more, but that's all we've used so far)

So we capitalized on the music portion of it last night. It was pretty weak at the beginning. Well, not weak, just not spectacular. It started getting awesome as soon as we all started switching instruments. Nick went from drums to bass, I went from bass to guitar, Jonny sat at the kit, and Alan went from guitar to trumpet. And we'd play for half an hour or so, on whatever we could.

And then someone would get an itch for the guitar, so I'd give that up and take the bass, and Alan would go to the drums. And we just kept switching instruments back and forth playing everything from Franz Ferdinand to Wide Mouth Mason to Green Day to random 12-bar blues to random funk to Red Hot Chilli Peppers and whatever anyone else could come up with.

Baically, kick ass fun.

So we've got our public show tonight. Our hopes are up for a good turn out. We nixed the school promotion and decided to put it on ourselves. So far, we're optimistic. I'm leaving here in the next hour to put up the last four posters and put the last 50 flyers on cars in a parking lot 'downtown'. We feel like we've promoted decently well. I guess we'll see how we did when the crowd shows up.
